Role:

The Support Engineer resides within the Managed Services Team and is responsible for resolving all level 2 incidents and service requests in line with company procedures.

The position also involves the following:

o Telephone support & providing first call resolution where possible

o Participating in a rotating roster (7am-6pm)

Main Responsibilities: Responsibility for the delivery of analysis in an Agile environment Assist internal and external clients and IT personnel to define business requirements and support operational processes Management and prioritising backlogs of user stories Document requirements, practices and procedures in a clear and concise manner Own and maintain documentation throughout the project life-cycle Partake in quality improvements initiatives as required Skills and Experience: Experience conducting interviews and workshops Experience working in web/online market is highly desirable Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail Minimum of a bachelor�s degree or equivalent in an IT related field
