What will you do?

• You shall be providing technical leadership in Oracle CRM On Demand further customisation and integration with other systems

Skill / Experience Requirements:

• Should have a very good understanding of CRM OD Integration, as the projects in pipeline are based on Integration.
• Good Knowledge of Data Import and export tools.
• Good Knowledge of CRMOD Configuration (Field Validations, Workflows etc.)
• Good Knowledge of CRMOD Reporting.
• Good Knowledge of Roles, Access Profiles.

You will participate in problem definition and implementation of ERP/NetSuit Solution in leading mid-large tier company.

What will you do?

• NetSuite or ERP Implementation
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience – including at-least 3-5 end-to-end NetSuite hands-on implement experience
• Experience in implementing/configuring NetSuite or any other ERP services – incorporating  client processes and requirements
• Expertise in configuration of Cloud-Based solutions
• Involved in trouble shooting client support activities, including liaising directly with the clients.
• Draft technical requirement, Ability to translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and scope the work based on client's requirements – by translating functional requirements into conceptual and detailed implementation documents

Skill / Experience Requirements:

• Must have At-least 1 full cycle NetSuite or ERP implementation experience or exposure in ERP implementations
• Sound knowledge of ERP and principles
• Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
• Educational Qualifications: Engineering Bachelors or master’s degree level or equivalent
• Any ERP implementation certifications shall be preferred
• MUST BE proactive and ability to take ownership of tasks
