Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound calls in order to achieve New Business direct sales revenue targets by selling to SMEs.
  • Identify/qualify/develop/close new commercial opportunities within the exciting world of social media solutions.
  • Manage account profiling process which includes understanding prospects’ buying process, communicating value propositions and selling the product to the prospect
  • Educate prospects and recommend advertising solutions that fit the needs of Small Business owners
  • Build positive relationships with prospects and teammates

  • Earn an attractive base salary plus uncapped commissions(85K OTE+).

Skill / Experience Requirements:    

  • 5+ years of sales experience (with min 3 years inside sales)
  • Focus on new business development and of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong eye for business with proven B2B experience
  • Digital sales or IT related product sales preferred
  • A professional and inquisitive demeanour, able to engage customers and build relationships.
  • An exceptional and consultative communication style, with the ability to discover and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to influence, combined with creativity, determination, and persistence.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
