Skill / Experience Requirements:

  • New Business Development – someone who can have a monthly sales revenue 0f $30K to $50K to $100K per month (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT HITTING THESE FIGURES)
  • A peoples person – likeable personality –
  • Ability to build repo with client & very sales and client focussed
  • Good knowledge of Website development, App Development, SEO, SMO, PPC and various technologies in Website/App development
  • Ability to solution sell – website, App development, SEO, SMO, PPC, custom software development


What will you do?

  • Target SME and corporate clients for Digital projects
  • Build your leads, nurture to prospects and convert to client
  • Clock $30K to $100K revenue per month – consistently
  • Build repo with team & client

solutions / Web Design solutions for the clients.
What will you do?
You be managing the delivery of projects for multiple clients ensuring 100% client satisfaction and
ensuring on time, in budget delivery of the projects.
 Manage multiple project deliveries
 Ensure timely, within budget and on quality delivery to the clients
 Demonstrate the ability to be customer focused, solutions orientated and the ability to follow up on outstanding
 Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone (70%) or on premise (30%)
 Work with client in capturing new requirements and working with team to ensure the requirements are
implemented correctly
 Work on Web development technologies such CMS, Wordpress, Joomla, Business Catalyst, SQL
 Technical savvy so to understand web technologies and project delivery but does not have to technical guru
 Good understanding of Web projects delivery methodology
Skill / Experience Requirements:
 Must have At-least 4 years’ experience in managing digital projects
 Strong customer engagement skills with at-least 4+ years of experience
 Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time
 Must speak English clearly – Must have good written and verbal communication skills
 Must be able to work in a small team environment and manage team
 Experience of working on digital projects and technologies
 Experience of projects in Adobe Business Catalyst and/or Adobe Business Catalyst certifications will be preferred
 Experience working on project management tools such MS Project + certification preferred
