What will you do?

  • Capability uplift for IBM’s Master Data Management tool (MDMCE v11.5) in its Knowledge division, specifically
  • Providing ongoing MDMCE Production Operation and Support, including software life-cycle management
  • Identify root cause, troubleshoot, and resolve issues relating to MDMCE (“PIM”) quickly and effectively, including defect resolution & assist with supporting the product AWS environment
  • Collaborate with IBM Escalate to and act as the technical conduit between our client
  • Work with other application support team members and plan, coordinate and automated release-management process for code changes
  • Maintaining configuration properties or log files and configuration and change control for underlying data models
  • Creating new workflows and modifying existing ones as required
  • Defining scripts to include in data loading, configuration automation or environment building as required
  • Ensuring alerts are appropriately created and managed by support teams
  • Work in collaboration with infrastructure teams including DBAs to manage the database and system, logs, and system performance
  • Work in collaboration with other technical and product teams who support interfaces between MDMCE and other systems

 

Skill / Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working with IBM’s (PIM) Product Information Management Collaboration suit (MDMCEv11.5)
  • Preferrably 3-5 years experience configuring and supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deploy (WASNDv8.5)
  • Knowledge of Atlasian development and team tools is essential
  • Experience in Agile methodology and AWS deployment environment
  • Excellent planning and collaboration skills and communication skills as will be required to contribute in recommendations, process improvement, release management and deployment, proposals, extensive client communication etc
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to a changing process and work environment
  • Ability to contribute to the overall release management and development process improvement – through automation techniques and tools.

You will participate in problem definition, solution design and leading design, development, deployment and implementation of Bid Data Solution – Cloudera in leading Telecom company.

What will you do?

  • Perform Requirement Analysis, Technical Design and lead/participate in developing requirement specifications such as user stories.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience – including at-least 2-3 end-to-end Cloudera hands-on implement experience
  • Draft technical requirement, solution architecture based on client's requirements – by translating functional requirements into conceptual and detailed design documents
  • Experience in implementing/configuring Cloudera services – incorporating  client processes and requirements
  • Design, develop and deploy high – quality solutions and data architecture as per client requirements
  • Lead: Guide team development activities including coding and configuration and lead Cloudera implementation
  • Involved in trouble shooting client support activities, including liaising directly with the clients.

  • Sound knowledge of BigData, Hadoop concepts and principles
  • Experience in HDFS, MapReduce, Yarn, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Oozie, NoSQL/HBase, Spark Yarn and writing Hive script, Pig scripts, Sqoop jobs, Oozie jobs to schedule Hadoop jobs.
  • Strong knowledge and knowledge of Linux shell scripting / Linux environment.
  • Experience in identifying problem areas and performance fine-tuning of existing HDFS, HBase, hive tables, hive scripts, pig scripts,
  • Experience in capturing, integrating and processing unstructured, semi structured and structured data – hand-on experience in Sqoop, Kafka message broker configuration, Flume ingestion configuration.
  • Experience in developing batch jobs and real time jobs using MapReduce and Kafka
  • Experience in writing Scala/Python codes on top on Spark.
  • Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
  • Educational Qualifications: Engineering Bachelors or master’s degree level or equivalent

A global consulting organization is currently seeking an Data/Insights Analyst, to provide actionable insights and support day to day marketing activities.

Having a good understanding of analysis and reporting, you will be exploring and identifying key trends; giving marketing and the wider business team, actionable insights to drive and support effective business decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will assist in development of both strategic and tactical marketing plans using both CRM and digital data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyse data to produce clear findings and recommendations for the marketing & online teams to action.
  • Communicate segmentation analysis, relevant trends and campaign performances (including SLA’s & KPI’s) to stakeholders across the client’s business.
  • Provide insight into several streams of data from CRM and customer Life cycle through online to digital acquisition.

Skills Required:

  • Tertiary Qualification in a quantitative discipline - mathematics, statistics, information technology, data mining, analytics etc.

  • Advanced MS Excel Skills. SAS/SQL programming skills would be a plus
  • Capable of managing multiple projects under pressure and meeting deadlines
