Job Description
Mostly office based but requiring face-2-face support as required
Exposure to on-premise and cloud technologies
Permanent role in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs
Our client is an IT organisation that provides Managed Services, Project Delivery, Consulting and Procurement services to its extensive client base.
To be considered in this role you will require hands on technical experience with the following:
Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft based desktop software
Office 365 and Office standalone software
Windows Server / Microsoft Exchange including Active Directory and Group Policy
Remote Desktop Environments
Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, Virtual Private Networks, Routing and Switching, Firewalls
Backup and Disaster Recovery Technologies
Anti-Virus software
Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's.
