You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for building sales and channel throughout ANZ & SEA.
Requirements:
As a distribution sales manager you will be accountable for the following
Revenue & Growth - Accountable for revenue and growth of the company in the region
Drive Channel partner and Authorized Dealer program - Full responsibility to lead and drive local distribution sales and channel partner program with the objective to capture best partners in the market and to maximize growth potential in the market through building strong channel infrastructure
Leadership & Coaching - Developing and empowering the channel partners by continuous training, coaching, educating, setting targets and continuously evaluating their performance
Process improvement - Implement and improve the region’s sales processes, tools and guidelines by working closely with your colleagues
Strategy – Prepare and execute company’s regional strategy, business and marketing plan
Other Requirements
MUST have right to work in AUS
Education: University degree with 10 years relevant experience and at-least 5 years in multi-national
At-least 10 years in channel development and sales in relevant IT sector – video related field
At-least 5 years leadership experience
Good network and understanding of the video security market situation and competitors and of channel management in O.A or IT distribution channels
Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
