Our client is a renowned and well respected Telstra Partner. You will be part of the Telstra business product portfolio, small business ICT & managed services solutions team of the business.
You will be responsible to contact existing Small to Medium Business customers over phone and create customer relationships. The outlined objective will be to generate small business sales, support as well as creating appointments for BDM’s for complex ICT/Telstra solutions and customer service duties.
What will you do?
Contacting new & existing customers, Account management and Solution Selling to customers (leads provided – this is a professional Account Management & Outbound sales – Not a call centre)
Assess customer’s Telstra bills and present solution to clients problems / billing issues
Office based / over the phone and account management role
Achieve 100% compliance on process, voice signatures
Achieve high standards in customer service / NPS scores
Drive Sales in Small Business with mobiles, NBN, Mobiles Apps, Online Essentials, Office365, Security solutions
Calling existing customers to discover their needs and achieving your sales target or creating lead for Business Development Team (if complex client requirement) and achieve collective team target
Create new leads for BDM for larger customers requiring complex solution discussion
Achieve your sales target and co-achieve team target with the BDM you will be working with
Achieve accurate order processing of sales and accurate data enter
Represent Telstra’s and Company’s brand in a professional manner
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Excellent phone manners and ability to build relationships
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
MUST HAVE 2+ years experience in selling Telstra business products such NBN, Apps, mobile plans, etc, ICT products such as Office365, Security solutions, other apps etc and good knowledge of mid-large customer focus products such as TBS, Phone Systems / PABX, BizEssentials, Voice Plans, etc
Good understanding of Telstra business - products, billing and provisioning
Proven experience of solution selling over phone and appointment booking
Proven ability to work in teams - with Business Development Manager and in achieving joint team target
Must speak English clearly –to hit daily/monthly calls, appointments, GP & sales targets
Previous experience of working in Telstra Business Centre or Telstra Partners shall be highly regarded
Experience working on Salesforce
