You will be responsible to help the business grow by reaching out to new potential companies and delegates.
You will have access to a large database of executives from Australia and New Zealand, however you also welcome to bring existing networks and conduct your own lead sourcing.
You will be an account manager for the clients you bring in and ensure you maintain a positive relationship with them.
Your role may also include some inbound enquiries and sales in the form of: inbound calls and emails.
The client is looking for someone who will work hard and once results are proven in the short - mid term there will be room for quick growth and salary increase.
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Have the ability/ confidence to communicate effectively to senior executives and EA's/ receptionists
1 - 4 years B2B sales/ phone sales experience (ideally with some Business Development or new client sales experience)
Excellent communication skills
Meet KPI targets, including bringing in new business
Have experience using Microsoft Office for some admin tasks and ideally some knowledge of a CRM (not essential) - eg. Salesforce
Have call centre/ telesales experience
Drive, ambition and great organisational skills
Be able to assist at organised events - eg. onsite customer service
