The role requires you to be customer champion. You should be able to speak the customer's language as your own thus interact with client management in a business language and discuss the solution with client.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Negotiating contract renewals and extensions
Identify, consult and explore new business opportunities with existing Clients in the form of client referrals
Be the Client’s point of contact for escalation of issues and ensure you function as a conduit between Client and us.
Work with Accounts to ensure invoices are correct prior to end of month billing
Resolve payment disputes with Clients when escalated from Accounts
Maintaining a good understanding and relationship with our Clients including corporate structure and their business strategies.
Familiarise themselves with the Technical aspects of a Clients network structure and be able to deliver a strategic technical roadmap that is developed inhouse by our engineering team.
Assist in establishing relationships between our Executives and Client Executives
Develop the business relationship where the client be a reference client and provides referrals for additional clients.
Familiarise themselves and comply with our Occupational Health and Safety, Business Procedures, and other relevant Policies and procedures.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years account management experience in a similar position
The ability to work at both a technical and relationship level with customers and staff
Strong history in sales and/or account management in the IT field
Outstanding communication and written skills
Good understanding of Microsoft platforms
Superb interpersonal and presentation skills
Market awareness of business trends and industry offerings
Great attention to detail and personal presentation
Strong relationship builder
Results driven and highly effective
Energetic and highly motivated
Friendly with a great sense of humour
Passionate and creative thinker
