A self-sufficient BDM with a good network in small-mid market
Our Client:
Our client is a MSP provided located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The business is an established name with the niche regulated clients such as clients in Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services, Legal etc
The New Business Development requires adding new logo to the managed services business. A mature environment is looking for an established BDM with good network and proven performance history.
Responsibilities
Build new client base for the IT managed services practice – 100% new client acquisition
Generate sufficient activity and be Accountable for revenue growth and exceeding target expectations
Leverage the network to build strong customer relationships and a strong positive contribution to the company’s bottom-line
Create proposals, pricing, quotes for customer requirements and build sales pipelines
Solve customer’s business problems and responsible to set and manage client expectations
Discussing and solution selling around IT infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Servers, Mobile device management (MDM), security, managed services, project services, etc
Ability to open new doors for managed services for the business
Excellent relationship building capability
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Experience: You MUST have:
Proven several years of new business development experience selling managed services with a Managed Service Provider
Proven track record of several years of work experience in Selling of IT infrastructure solutions
Proven track record of Exceeding sales expectation and of 100% accountability
Experience Solution Selling around – IT infrastructure, Managed Services
Hands - on experience in technical IT infrastructure solution selling
Ability to open new doors and bring in new logos
Strong network in the Melbourne region and within IT ecosystem
A true hunter who is capable to leverage network and generate revenue with minimal leads/marketing support
Candidates with technical background and certifications on VMWare, Microsoft, ITIL and Microsoft certifications who require minimal pre-sales support shall be given preference but not mandatory as pre-sales support is available
A mature sales individual for a mature environment
