Duties and responsibilities
Management of our client's cloud ecosystem
Supervising data entry and bookkeeping
Bank reconciliations and journals
Managing accounts payable and receivable (entire lifecycle of both)
Payroll (pays, taxes, super reconciliation, payments and contributions)
Invoicing and customer service
Document scanning and use of cloud document tools.
Electronic and paper filing, printing, binding. We encourage all clients to embrace a paperless office to keep paper filing to a minimum.
Ensure we are compliant with WorkCover, insurances, ATO, ASIC etc.
Monthly reporting
Other general administration

Hours
8.30am - 5.30pm
There may be a requirement to visit client sites at times so access to a car and current Victorian Driver's license is required.
