Job description

We're seeking exceptional Business Analyst – Wealth Management to our client’s development centre in Melbourne. Our client is a top Tier IT consulting firms and you will be working on the core platforms that manages entire financial products portfolio for the Wealth management subsidiary of one of the 4 largest banks in Australia.

You will be working with an MNC with 20,000+ worldwide strength and within highly collaborative Agile environment.

You will be key in capturing and translating complex, high performance, robust, multithreaded trading business requirements into understandable technical requirements for remaining team.

Requirements:

Business Analyst with strong Agile and financial services experience to join their team

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working within large corporate environments
• Working in 2 week sprint cycles, defining user stories, estimating points etc
• Exceptional technical requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Good experience working within Agile/scrum environments
• Ensure stories are tested , delivered and showcased to the users, while assisting and coaching others in the team as required in agile processes and practice
• Excellent experience working within financial services (wealth management or Super) or other complex financial businesses
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
• Exceptional Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong with Agile BA / BA tools – user stories, agile concepts, requirements tracking, UMLs, estimations, MS Visio, Process mapping

Other Requirements

• MUST have right to work in AUS
• Education: Technical degree qualification required  + masters preferred
• Scrum master certification preferred
• Min 8 years’ LOCAL experience as an Agile BA
• Ideally Wealth Management or Superannuation environment experience will be given preference or exposure in other financial sectors Asset management or Funds Management
• Very positive: if worked on core financial or wealth management processing / management platforms (if yes please specifically highlight in CV & call us NOW)

• Permanent position – Salary - $ 100,000 - $ 120,000
