Salesforce Developer (Force.com with Compass exposure)

What will you do?

• BAU operational activities for Assurance applications including Compass
• Perform and coordinate Continuous Improvement development activities including coding / configuration and guiding team members.
• Liaise with Product Owner, Business Analysts and other business stakeholders
• Liaise with IT Infrastructure and Service Desk as required
• Solution Design for CI enhancements
• Perform ScrumMaster role for Compass development team
• Act as SME for custom force.com application (Compass)
• Assist with resolution of escalated support calls as needed
• Manage support and development team including performance reviews, development plans, leave approvals, etc.
• Liaise with SDLC manager to assist with implementing and managing SDLC processes for the Assurance development team
• Set performance objectives for team and ensure alignment with reporting line objectives and company strategy
• Effectively utilise Jira and other development tools for Assurance development team
• Coordinate change approvals and release deployment
• Comply to all relevant company policies, processes, and procedures

Skill / Experience Requirements:

• Experience with managing a support/development team
• Experience running Scrum development process
• Experience in design, development and support for a complex force.com application.
• Experience in design and development on the Force.com platform.
• Thorough understanding on the Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force) with solid knowledge of best practices for Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Lightning, Integration, Security etc.
• .Net development exposure desirable
