Our client is a renounced and leading Managed Service Provide with wide variety of clients from Enterprise to SME space in various sectors such as government, private corporate.

Role:

 The SME must be an expert in the Skype for Business and Unified Communication. You shall act as the go to person in the organisation for your matter of expertise.

You must have extensive experience and ability to gather requirements, design solutions to meet the requirements and hands on delivery of the solutions for medium to enterprise level organisations.

You shall also apply analytical and action-oriented approach to achieve service incremental and continual improvements to the Service Delivery in your area of expertise.

You shall be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You shall be working as part of the projects team but also working with people across the organisation.

The position also involves the following & requires following skills:

• Act as the go to person for your area of expertise – Skype for business & unified communication (UC)
• Assist with requirement gathering, solution design and implementation
• Delivery of the assigned projects on time, in scope and on budget
• In depth knowledge of all aspects of infrastructure and service delivery
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated, persistent and showcasing high degree of initiative
• Ability to map organisations capability and client requirements and delivery effective solutions for clients
• Understand organisation capability, technology stack and help develop overall organisational capability

Experience

• At least 10+ years in IT industry and an expertise in the areas for which you shall be the SME – Subject Matter Expert
• Experience within a Managed Services environment, supporting multiple Customers' network and server infrastructure 
• Extensive experience in complex virtual environment with mission critical applications
• Experience in using an ERP system

Key Accountabilities

• Completing allocated projects on time, in scope and on budget
• Documenting capability documents and processes
• Assisting with improving processes and projects delivery
• Assist sales with pre-sales activity in your area of expertise
• Coaching other team members & accountable for knowledge transfer

Key Result Area

• Project delivery on time, in scope and on budget
• Ensuring customers requirements are met
• Ensuring project hygiene and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline
• Certifications in infrastructure & architecture design
