New Business Development into Managed Services and Telstra Business Solutions
Consultative solution selling around IT, infrastructure and Telstra services
Our client is one of the renowned Telstra Business and Technology partner firm in Melbourne and Sydney. We are looking for exceptions candidate, a relationship builder who can capture new clients, build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Managed IT Services business of the organisation.
The role shall be new business development and involves working with Account Managers, IT Engineer to achieve your / company sales targets

Job tasks and responsibilities
Deliver the right products and solutions that meet prospects needs, against defined revenue and growth targets for new business through a focused sales strategy.
Assess each individual customers' needs to identify whole-of-business solution
Build new client base for the IT managed services practice - Accountable for revenue growth and exceeding target expectations
Build sales pipelines and present proposals – work with the Account Managers and pre-sales consultants to price/quote for customer requirements and Accountable for getting customer buy-in
Consistently monitor sales activity and track results. Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts in weekly and monthly meetings
Win new business from assigned leads, create your own leads through cold calling, canvassing & networking and winning leads shared by Account Managers
Build strong customer relationships and accountable for customer NPS
Responsible to set and manage client expectations
Self-motivated and always on time for work I meetings
Own your clients and build relationships for renewal/up-selling opportunities
Within your portfolio of exisiting customers, you are required to visit your customers and provide product & service based solutions (PABX, Managed Services, Professional Services Office 365)
Ensure efficient provisioning, processing, and completion of data orders, including updates to sales
Ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times including answering all overflow phone calls in a professional manner
Maintain strong external relationships with Telstra & other vendor Data Specialists and Account Executives
Experience: You MUST have:
Exceptional Professional written and verbal communication skills
Exceeding sales expectation and must have a proven track record of 100% accountability
Proven IT and/or Telstra business sales experience in small-medium size business (Must be B2B face-to-face consultative sales experience)
Proven track record of several years work experience in Solution Selling of IT infrastructure solutions or Telstra Business portfolio of products
Drive Sales in the following Products: Cloud, IT Managed Services, PABX, Telstra Business Systems, Office 365, Professional IT Services, TBS SIP, Complex Data, Managed Services, Managed network etc
Strong understanding IT infrastructure and solution selling IT
Ideal for someone with proven Telstra business sales experience & with proven GP achievement history and want to step into ICT sales
Previous experience of Telstra business products and process shall be highly regarded
Proven experience of creating quotes around IT services – Cloud, Telstra Cloud, Azure, Server utilization, etc
Ideal candidate – with proven ICT and Telstra sales experience or exceptional candidate with proven ICT or Telstra Business experience and with a willingness to learn the other aspects
Experience in ICT Managed service providers, Telstra business centers or partners shall be highly regarded
Experience working on Salesforce
