About The role:
You must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues with end users in simple English
Resolving the technical issues encountered by clients/end users
Conducting support activities such as patching, server monitoring, network monitoring, back up set up, firewall set up and troubleshooting, etc
You may be required to visit client sites 1 day a week or support project when required
Essential Skills and Experience:
Windows server and workstation administration and upgrades
Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Active Directory and Exchange Server administration
