Job Description

• Having strong experience  in working with insurance transaction monitoring programs
• Strong Technical Knowledge
• Strong communication skill

Skill / Experience Requirements:      

• Worked with stakeholders to gather requirements for change requests, new development and reports
• Communicate with the customers to understand their environment, challenges, escalation processes and apply that information to derive solutions or suggest change to the existing systems
• Derived and tracked action items to ensure the project is completed on time and with minimal downtime to the client
• Has strong knowledge and experience in working with insurance transaction monitoring programs
• Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in Java, Angular JS, Wordpress.
• Supported applications, revising, updating, creating and improving stored procedures, problem solving and providing documentation as required, including root cause analysis

Responsibilities:

• Effective communicator: verbal and written
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well under schedule pressures while balancing priorities.
• Should be having innovative ideas and come up with solutions based on business need
