Role:
The role supports the functional operations of the internal teams managing, monitoring and processing administrative tasks to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the clients as well communicating directly with customers to both identify and deliver additional sales opportunities. Responsibilities
Manage inventory of stock ensuring an accurate and efficient flow of products and services available for sale, or re-sale.
Manage the relationship with our vendors and partners in a professional, collaborative way to build relationships and identify opportunities.
Process the daily administration of sales orders (including back orders) – managing order status, liaising with clients and suppliers.
Manage the Sales Inbox to process requests for warranty renewals, subscriptions, software renewals and extended warranties.
Is proactive in identifying renewal timeframes and keeping vCIOs informed.
Manage quoting process for the supply of products and services for clients and suppliers, from creation to purchase, including quoting of desktop equipment for clients, software renewals, warranties, licensing, Third Party, networking (with PS).
Coordinates returned merchandise authorisations with suppliers for faulty/defect on arrival equipment.
Liaise with clients, vCIOs and the Service Desk on orders and/or issues to understand requirements and keep them informed of status.
Actively seeks new sales opportunities through client relationships.
Experience
Professional with a positive energy and attitude in communicating with our teams, clients, partners and suppliers: instilling confidence in others.
Service oriented with a helpful interaction with clients, partners and suppliers on the phone or email; has good manners and is helpful.
Sound administrative skills – an ability to logically coordinate and manage tasks, is methodical and task oriented – motivated to establish and work to routine and process with efficiency.
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and database software – to prepare, interpret and maintain accurate data and information.
Execute and follow IT and Sales operational policies, standards and work instructions for client and supplier support.
