The Client’s products and services vary from Telephone systems, Corporate Mobiles, Complex Voice, Data Services and other ranges of business communication products.
They are in the in the process of growing their Managed Services ICT division, to up sell to their existing clients and to acquire new business. This is one of their fastest growing departments with great opportunities. Be first on the ground floor and help grow the division with a great opportunity for internal promotion.
Role:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a sound technical knowledge of networks and associated server infrastructure. The role will require management and administration of internal IT systems, in addition to customer LAN/server environments. You will be extremely proficient in reviewing existing ICT environments, scope and develop sound system solutions. You will be the escalation point for all critical failures for customer environments, and have skills to manage service failures through to resolution, including management of customer expectations.
You will have excellent communication skills, present professionally. You will need to be able to work autonomously and have a proven track record of successful systems infrastructure deployment and management. It is essential that you have experience with cloud based solutions and solution deployments.
Required Skills:
Extensive relevant experience and certification with the following technologies:
Windows Server (including SQL, Exchange and DFS)
Lync
Sharepoint
VMware
HyperV Clustering
Skype for Business
Office 365
VeeaM
Citrix
Desired Skills:
AWS/ Azure
Knowledge and experience in ITIL
Wireless solutions development and implementation (preferably Meraki)
Security certification
Experience with ConnectWise and LabTech
Project management knowledge and experience
Smartstack
