Job tasks and responsibilities
1 month of the signed "new" managed services contract
Must be a great communicator
Does not need to have a technical background but must be able to have meaningful technical discussions with the clients
Must take ownership of the client and make the service delivery responsibilities to ensure client's expectations are met
Generate or ensure team generates client reports
Ensure clients expectations are met
Identify new opportunities within the existing client
