Job tasks and responsibilities

• 1 month of the signed "new" managed services contract 
• Must be a great communicator 
• Does not need to have a technical background but must be able to have meaningful technical discussions with the clients
• Must take ownership of the client and make the service delivery responsibilities to ensure client's expectations are met
• Generate or ensure team generates client reports
• Ensure clients expectations are met 
• Identify new opportunities within the existing client
