What will you do?
Business Development –identify, pursue, and close opportunities within the BFSI - Financial Services Industry
Pursuit end-to-end cycle for large outsourcing opportunities with strategic prospects or clients
Client relationship management – manage and build relationships with and CXOs, CTOs and other key client personnel and understand client’s organizational culture to provide befitting solutions
Strong business acumen and ability to spot and close opportunities for large outsourcing deals– collaborate with internal team and ensure convergence to client needs
Concept, Capability and Experience Selling – Influencing client’s buy decisions by presenting organisation’s capabilities and track record of numerous similar situation clients and building trust to Sell the concepts to the client
Conduct through research and competitor analysis to define acquisition strategies that enable favourable results such as client onboarding
Build and review sales plan and pipeline, pursuit plan/business pipeline, review pipeline with leadership to ensure targets are achieved
Expert know-how of MSA and Other contract process and standards and ability to understand the nuances of MSAs and to analyse the interdependencies with other aspects of the business
Conduct successful client presentations, workshops, and pricing and MSA negotiations
Work closely with the Solution Architect and Delivery team to build customized solutions pitches for the target account
Provide inputs to build alliances with service vendors and relevant product vendors
Business development – Local travel and Some interstate travel will be required
